1. Who we are

Mehta Global Advisory (“MGA”, “we”, “us”) is an international advisory firm operating from offices in India, the United Arab Emirates and Singapore. This policy explains what personal data we collect through mgaglobal.in, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

2. What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, and — where you choose to provide them — your company, phone number, the service you are interested in, and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring page, timestamp) and, where you consent, analytics cookies. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we do not collect special-category personal data through this website.

3. Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the engagement.

To meet our own legal, regulatory and professional obligations — including anti-money-laundering and know-your-client checks required of a regulated advisory practice.

To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

Our lawful bases are: your consent (enquiry form, analytics cookies), the performance of a contract (engagement delivery), legal obligation (regulatory checks) and our legitimate interests in operating and improving the firm's website.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

We share it only with: the MGA offices and partner firms working on your matter; service providers who host our website, email and CRM under written confidentiality terms; and regulators, courts or authorities where the law requires it.

Because we operate across India, the UAE and Singapore, your data may be transferred between those jurisdictions. Such transfers are made under contractual safeguards appropriate to each.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within 24 months. Client records are retained for the period required by the professional and statutory rules applying in the relevant jurisdiction — typically eight years in India — and then securely destroyed.

6. Your rights

Subject to the law of your jurisdiction, you may ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or transfer it to another provider. You may also withdraw consent at any time.

Send any such request to info@mgaglobal.in. We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you may complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Cookies

The site sets only what is strictly necessary to serve pages, plus optional analytics cookies that load only after you consent. You can withdraw consent or clear cookies through your browser settings at any time; the site works without them.

8. Changes to this policy

We review this policy at least annually. It was last updated in July 2026. Material changes will be announced on this page.
